Common symptoms of leukemia are: fevers or night sweats, frequent infections, feeling weak or tired, bleeding or bruising easily (bleeding gums, purplish patches on the skin, or tiny red spots under the skin), swelling or discomfort in the abdomen (from a swollen spleen or liver), weight loss or loss of appetite for no known reason, bone pain, a new lump or swollen gland in your arm, under your arm, or in your groin. Chemotherapy can also cause hair loss.
